Sunny Toledo – Day Trippin’ #3 – August 7th

Enjoy a sweet Day
Trippin’ to Toledo
Fun in Toledo is possible!

Highlights-
~Caravan Cruise over mostly back roads stopping at Ft. Meigs for a guided tour.
~ Lunch, at the world’s renowned Tony Packo’s! A destination in itself.
~A short drive to the National Museum of the Great Lakes, the Col James M. Schoonmaker Museum Ship and the Museum Tug Ohio.
The museum is jammed packed with lake-faring artifacts, mementos, dioramas, displays, and nautical information and stories.
Make time to get on-board the Col. Schoonmaker!  The public is able to tour the wheel house, galley, crews quarters, engine room, and the belly of the beast – an eerie cargo hold.  From bow to stern this is a wonderful sight to see and be part of.  When you’re done, stop at the Museum Tug Ohio, a bulk freighter.
