2018 June Cruise – Bullfrogs

After the rain cleared, the remainder of the day and evening were perfect for a Cruise. We had about 28 people and 15 Vipers. After admiring our cars, we were seated at the outdoor patio and enjoyed good friends and food.

2018 Snake Roundup

Our group partnered with the Cobra and Thunderbird clubs. Due to inclement weather, many came in their daily drivers. There were about 11 “fearless” Vipers and their drivers, that did brave the weather! Some started their day at Lingenfelters Cars and Coffee, others went directly to RM Motorsports. Many thanks to Jeff Grice of the Cobra Club and our President Bruce Heckman for coordinating the event.

Stahl’s Museum Tour and Lunch – July 7th

July 7, 2018, Starting at 11:00am

The Stahl Museum has over 80 cars on display ranging from the 1886 Daimler prototype to the muscle cars of the 1960s with special emphasis on the great cars of the 1930s and 1940s.

The Museum is home to a number of restored and operational automated musical instruments dating from the early 20th century. See and hear the gigantic Mortier 97 key dance organ built in Belgium in 1922.

The collection contains decades of gas pumps along with porcelain steel and neon signs from the 1920s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. Step back in time in a full-size diorama of a Big Boy restaurant where you can sit in a booth or at the counter and listen to the jukebox playing your favorite 50s hits!
• Our day will begin at 11am where we’ll meet in the main Stahl’s parking lot (56516 N Bay Dr.). The museum is open to the public, so if we’re unable to park together, they also have offered us their overflow lot on the south side of the building. Click here for directions.
• Admission is free, but donations are welcome.
• At around 12:30 – 1:00, we’ll caravan to lunch at New Baltimore’s famous Bad Brads BBQ (35611 Green St.). Members are responsible for their own bill. Click here for directions from Stahl’s.
• All we ask is that you click on the signup link below, so we can get an accurate count for planning.
The event coordinators are Gary Rappaport and Bob Swartz.
Gary can be reached at (248) 462-0486.
