  • Limited to 60 people. Spots will be reserved on a first pay basis
  • 7 x 20 min sessions   (20 cars per session max)
  • Check in Track time 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • $250 – Regular Registration (Deadline Midnight Tues, May 12th)
  • $275 – Late Entry Fee

Track Amenities:

  • Camping Friday Night – $10 / $20 (with hook up)

COVID Precautions:

  • Drivers are limited to 2 guests and we prefer them to be immediate family members.  We will make exceptions but there must be a really good reason.
  • Drivers may only take their own guests on track as passengers
  • We will be practicing strict social distancing measures.  6ft radius at all times.
  • All attendees will be required to fill in a COVID self check form
  • All drivers will be required to fill a self tech inspection form for their own vehicles
  • I expect to see a variety of super cool cars come out.  While taking pictures is ok, please respect the space of the drivers and their vehicles.
  • As always, safety comes first.  Our vigilance with our on track safety must match our off track safety.

We will take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and customers.
Our EMTs are trained to look for Coronavirus symptoms.  They will monitor crowds and assess anybody that might be at risk.

Hand sanitizing stations will be set up throughout the facility.
All of our employees will wear face masks.
We will conduct thorough, extra cleanings throughout the facility and our pavilion will be indefinitely closed.
From signing the waiver at the gate to the driver’s meetings to eating food – everything will be done in a fashion that enforces social distancing.
Things will be different for awhile, but let’s safely do what we can and have some fun!

High Octane Bakery “Viper Day” Cars and Coffee – May 31st

High Octane Café & Bakery specializes in providing the highest quality baked goods and donuts in a modern upscale automotive themed environment.

Cars & Coffee events are held onsite during the Spring to Fall months, with each weekend highlighting a different model of cars.  Free coffee and donuts available from 8am to 10am while supplies last.

Please join MCVO members and other Viper owner’s on May 31st, for the “Viper Day” Cars and Coffee, Part 1.  Let’s get out there and show them an impressive parking lot full of Vipers.  Last year we had 20 Vipers attend. This year, we’re hoping to break that record. The owners have so enjoyed the event, they’re inviting us back for Part 2 on August 1st.

2020 JD Indoor Karting – Cancelled!

Our Motorsports Director, Mike Sutton, has been in contact with JD Karting and they have informed him the facility is cancelling all events and will refund our deposit.

We are sorry that the event is cancelled (originally scheduled for March 28th) and we will begin to refund those that have registered and paid.

2020 February Cruise Night – February 19th

Unfortunately our previously chosen venue is still being remodeled and will not be open in time.  We are now moving to a new restaurant for the February Cruise.

2020 Winter Party – February 29th DEADLINE EXTENDED!

2019 Fall Tech Day – Nov. 2nd

2019 MCVO Fall Tech Day
Featuring our favorite Viper Mechanic, Wil Thorne
Saturday, November 2nd, 10am to Noon

Please join us for a relaxed morning where you and your fellow MCVO members can discuss all things Viper and learn something new.

Our host is Wil Thorne and we will be visiting his garage where magic happens.  Many of our members have been on the receiving end of Wil’s knowledge and expertise.

The subject of the Tech session is still TBD, but rest assured Wil will have some interesting facets of our cars to share with us.  Please come with questions or concerns you may be experiencing with your snake, and share them with the group, especially as we prepare them for winter hibernation.

Donuts, Orange Juice, Water and Snacks will be provided.

This event is free to all MCVO members.

For those of you in MCVO who may not be attending the Fall Color Tour (scheduled for Oct. 20th), you may be interested to know that our Friends from the Northern Ohio Viper Club have invited us for a fun get-together and Cruise, that same weekend.

Saturday Cruise through Northern Ohio – Leave the hotel @ 9am, visit the Script Cleveland sign, in Tremont and continue to the Christmas Story House. 10-12:15
This is the famous house that the movie “A Christmas Story” originated from.
12:15 PM – We will depart leaving for lunch and drive through part of the park system that should provide a look at some beautiful fall colors. We will arrive 1:15, at Whiteys Booze n’ Burgers. It’s all about the parking! Lunch for Ohio Region Members will be provided by your club – $15.00 for Non-Members
2:30 PM – Save room for dessert – we are stopping by Country Maid Ice Cream / Apple Orchards They also have a store in the back selling Apples, Apple cider and a lot more. Lori may have some free scoop cards for us!
3:00 PM – we will depart (again will have scenic views) heading to Fairport we can go to The Fairport Harbor Marine Museum or Old Firehouse Winery. Arriving around 4:00PM
6:00 PM – heading to Pickle Bills. We have 6:30pm reservations. Sweetest Day is 10/19, so restaurants will be busy.

2019 Fall Color Tour – Oct. 20th – 9am

Join us for some fun Viper cruising with friends, cider, donuts, and good food! What could be better!

At 9:00 AM, be in the Big Boy’s parking lot for our drivers meeting. The meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 and we’ll be rolling out by 9:15

Your DOOR PRIZE ticket for the drawing, to be held later, at the Cider Mill, will be handed out during the drivers meeting!  Don’t be late!!

From Big Boy we’ll cruise through some back roads, featuring water scenery, to Speaker Lone Oak Orchard where we’ll enjoy some cider, donuts and hay rides, courtesy of MCVO!
