5th Annual Viper Smokeout!

Our Coordinators for this event have a full day in store for you.

 

Our hosts, Paul & Alison McClorey have invited us to spend the day at their home and breathtaking grounds. The home was built in 1865, and they reside on 6.5 acres, with a pond, barns, horseshoe pits and a working smokehouse.

 

Paul and Alison are already making plans for a fantastic variety of meats, which are cooked in their personal smokehouse, including: Salmon, Chicken, ribs and brisket. There will be baked beans, cheesy potatoes, salads, desert, water and soda. Utensils & plates will be provided.

You need to bring: an adult beverage (if desired), a chair and your appetite.

 

Itinerary:

1:00pm meet at: Colasanti's Market, 468 S Milford Rd, Highland, MI

Arrive no later than 1:00pm because this place has EVERYTHING!

Produce, huge flower nursery, watch the model train cruise around the tracks suspended from the ceiling. Snook's Butcher Shop will put anyone else in the state to shame! A full-service Deli Department, Wine and Beer from around the world, with a real coin pay phone and more. Remember to grab lunch or a snack, as dinner is planned to be served at 5:00pm. There are plenty of benches and picnic tables by the duck pond.

 

2:00pm SHARP Depart Enjoy a 35 mile/60 minute drive through beautiful country roads.

 

3:00pm Arrive at McClorey's idyllic family home.

 

Cost: $15.00 per person

 

The club is subsidizing a portion of this event.
