2019 Cohoctah Cruise & Barbecue – June 22nd

June 22nd, starting at 2pm
Rain or Shine

Please note: signup cutoff is June 17th!

Our members have a chance to go back in history, to beautiful Cohoctah Township. Cohoctah was, at one time, a stop on the Howell to Linden stagecoach route. Our hosts, Paul & Alison McClorey have invited us to spend the day, at their home and breathtaking grounds. The home was built in 1865, and they reside on 6.5 acres, with a pond, barns, horseshoe pits and a working smokehouse.

Our day will start by meeting at 2:00 pm at the Park and Ride Lot at the northwest of Milford Road and I-96 (go west on I-96 to the Milford Road exit 155-B, then go north {right} about 550 feet to Centennial Drive, turn west {left} and go about 900 feet to the entrance to the Park and Ride Lot on the left). Click here for directions.

We will be leaving the lot at approximately 2:15 pm for a fun cruise to the McClorey homestead led by our Motorsports Director, Mike Sutton. We plan to arrive at the McClorey’s home by 3:00 pm, with dinner being served by 5:30 pm.

Paul and Alison are planning a fantastic meal. There will be a variety of meats and fish, that Paul has smoked, including: salmon, chicken, ribs and brisket. There will be cheesy potatoes, salads and desert.

Water will be provided but we ask that you bring your beverage of choice.

This is a going to be a fantastic event, with something for everyone.
The cost is only $10 per person.

Please click on the button below, to be taken to PayPal, to complete your signup.  Please note: signup cutoff is June 17th!

We hope you’ll join us for the initial meet-up and cruise.
If you are unable, Paul and Alison are located at 913 Chase Lake Road, Howell. You may click here for directions.
